I started TTCC as a silver loving girly in a gold-dominated world, tired of unethical jewelry prices that did NOT reflect the quality of the jewelry (if it was even disclosed).

I had a vision to offer EVERYTHING in gold and silver, while making it durable, affordable, and being transparent about the type of jewelry being used.

I think charm bars open up a world of creativity and self expression, and I'm really excited to share that with you and see what you create! Thanks for being here!

Yes and Yes! ALL of our products are waterproof, tarnish free, wear everywhere friendly!

How? We use something called Ion, or PVD plated metal for all of our gold products (chains and charms alike), and stainless steel for all silver products! The PVD process is different from traditional "plating" - which makes both metals sturdier than normal gold\silver and boosts its longevity.

Like any good piece of jewelry, how you treat it is how it'll treat you! While it's safe to wear anywhere, giving it a cleaning with a soft cloth from time to time and keeping it away from harsh chemicals is always a good idea.

Each charm is hand-attached using durable jump rings (not soldered) so that you can continue to customize your bracelet as your collection grows. While our pieces are waterproof and tarnish-proof, charms can loosen or detach if the bracelet snags, catches, or is pulled consistently.

Please avoid wearing your bracelet during activities that increase the risk of snagging (e.g. camping, heavy cleaning, sports, and so on). We’re happy to help with repairs for our local customers, but damage caused by wear and tear or snagging is not covered. If you are local, it's up to you to find me at an event for said repair.

All sales are final. Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

However, we do reserve the right to make exceptions to this rule on a case by case basis.
